Workplace Fund Drives:
An Easy Way to Help

During the fall, Community Health Charities (CHC), Combined Federated Campaign (CFC) and the United Way seek payroll pledges for thier annual drives.  You, your family and friends can direct your payroll deductions to the California Office of the Lupus Foundation of America.  In campaign print materials our name will be shown as Lupus Foundation of America,California  

Community Health Charities  (CHC)

The pledge card provided by Community Health Charities will vary somewhat from one county to another.  The code number for LFA is 0533.  Employees should write in LFA,  California . State employees should write in

Combined Federal Campaign (CFC)

Federal employees will receive authorized CFC materials where they work.  Lupus Foundation of America will be listed; if you do not see California Office, please write it in, along with our address shown above. 

United Way Campaign

LFA, California Office will not appear on the United Way Materials.  However, you can "write in" our full name and address on your payroll/pledge card to designate your money be sent to us:
