Workplace Fund Drives:
An Easy Way to Help

During the fall, Community Health Charities (CHC), Combined Federated Campaign (CFC) and the United Way seek payroll pledges for thier annual drives.  You, your family and friends can direct your payroll deductions to the California Chapter of the Lupus Foundation of America.  In campaign print materials our name will be shown as Lupus Foundation of America, Northern California Chapter. 

Community Health Charities  (CHC)

The pledge card provided by Community Health Charities will vary somewhat from one county to another.  The code number for LFA is 0533.  Employees should write in LFA,  California Chapter. State employees should write in

Combined Federal Campaign (CFC)

Federal employees will receive authorized CFC materials where they work.  Lupus Foundation of America will be listed; if you do not see California Chapter, please write it in, along with our address shown above. 

United Way Campaign

LFA, California Chapter will not appear on the United Way Materials.  However, you can "write in" our full name and address on your payroll/pledge card to designate your money be sent to us:

Donor tip:  When making donations through your work-place giving program, always check that you would like us to acknowldge your donation.  It's your only way of know that it reaches the charity you selected.
