An Easy Way to Help During the fall, Community Health Charities (CHC), Combined Federated Campaign (CFC) and the United Way seek payroll pledges for thier annual drives. You, your family and friends can direct your payroll deductions to the California Chapter of the Lupus Foundation of America. In campaign print materials our name will be shown as Lupus Foundation of America, Northern California Chapter. Community Health Charities (CHC) The pledge card provided by Community Health Charities will vary somewhat from one county to another. The code number for LFA is 0533. Employees should write in LFA, California Chapter. State employees should write in LFA, California Chapter
