| Lupus Support Groups Lupus support groups are designed to provide a confidential, caring, non-threatening environment where people can share their concerns, fears, strengths, and hopes. They are not designed to provide professional therapy. The purpose of the group is to provide information, education and awareness, and support. The following is a list of support groups we have identified throughout the state that may be of help to you. Where possible we have listed the scheduled locations and times: (We advise that you call or email the contact shown to be certain that there has been no change in time or date before attending.)
Residents of the states of Colorado and Nevada, including the cities of Denver, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, Las Vegas, Reno and Henderson, should contact the Los Angeles office at 424-750-3072 to learn more about services in their areas. Are you interested in running your own lupus support group? We are looking for support group facilitators from anywhere in California and Nevada. We especially need facilitators in the San Fernando Valley. We will provide the training and resources to help you get started. If interested, please contact the Los Angeles office.
